Debbie Thompson

Debbie spent the first 30 years of her career in banking, with the later years in an executive level position at a major high street bank. In addition to managing the regional commercial teams at four strategic offices, Debbie also had full responsibility for a significant portfolio of commercial customers of varied size and in many sectors.

Since leaving banking, Debbie has held a number of board level Commercial Director Positions and has also operated successfully as a self-employed commercial consultant for 5 years, focusing on working with clients to improve their bottom line.

Debbie is Registered and Approved Growth Accelerator Coach under the previous Government scheme.

Jonathan Brennand

Jonathan’s career started at KPMG where he quickly progressed from Audit to Corporate Restructuring and Recovery. Following a short stretch as an Investment Analyst, Jonathan went into industry where he held a number of senior roles including Head of Procurement, IT and Service Delivery at Peel Airports and Operations Director within a global transportation PLC.

Passionate about continuous improvement Jonathan strives for excellence with both a commercial and customer focused approach.

Jonathan has a track record of building and growing teams, refining and building on processes, together with identification and adoption of technology to optimise performance.
